Soft Mechanic is my Leslieville-based registered massage therapy business. I celebrated 20 years of practice in 2022 and am pretty chuffed to still be treating clients from my rookie RMT days.

I’m a high-functioning introvert, a snail mail enthusiast and a real nerd for music, art, books and weightlifting. I believe in the restorative power of beauty, the preciousness of little things and the grandness of giving ourselves permission to rest.
